BIM & CAD Manager:

We are searching for a CAD/BIM Manager to take on the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
o Initial acquisition and set-up of files for projects.
o Backgrounds and equipment specific models.
o Compiling required workloads and scheduling required work to be done.
o Allot required drafting hours.
o Assigning work to detailer.
o Overseeing and reviewing work completed.
o Working with Project Managers and designers for complete scope of work.
o Are the plans complete?
o What are the expectations?
o Specifications and schedules.
o Reviewing submittals for size constraints and/or space allotments.
o Creating standard procedure and formatting for BIM.
o BIM meetings
o Attending.
o Formatting and leading.
o Problem solving.
o Software.
o Hardware.
o Procedural issues.
o Internal trade installation questions team may have.
o Working with Foreman in field to solve problems and issues.
o Field measuring structure / obstructions when required.
o Coordinating deliverables to field and fabrication shops.
o Coordinate Autocad / TSI software interfaces.
