The Project Manager is responsible for estimating, selling, and managing Commercial HVAC Projects. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is dependable and process-oriented. The employee should have a high level of attention to detail, be accurate and consistent, and work well with others. A successful Project Manager will achieve their individual sales goals, accurately estimate the costs to perform a project, and achieve the planned project gross profit with an emphasis on accurate labor utilization. Customer satisfaction should result in repeat business.
