Estimating Administrator
OVERVIEW The Estimating Administrator will report to the Chief Estimator. The individual will be responsible for handling the day to day business administrative needs of the Estimating Department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage day to day document entry into Bid Tracer Manage bid invites to vendor, equipment representatives and subcontractors through Bid Tracer Maintain estimating bid calendar within Bid Tracer Take the lead administrative role for ordering, organization and tracking all bid documents Manage the return of all documents that can receive a refund Assist in the preparation of the turnover folder / binder and
