PLS Service (PLSS) is looking for a talented HVAC Service Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber individual to join our growing and innovative team.
PLS Services is a locally owned HVAC service company that has been in business since 2013. We are growing fast in the Colorado Springs market with plans of opening an HVAC service branch in the Denver, Colorado market in 2021. PLS Services is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service to our existing and new customers.
PLS Services is a sister company to PLS Mechanical, which works at the cutting edge of innovation in Commercial Mechanical systems with over 130,000 square feet of shop and production floor. We use BIM modeling integrated with our state-of-the-art production equipment to create highly efficient full design, construction, fabrication, service, and maintenance for complex plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems. What You'll Do
Demonstrated ability to prospect, research, and qualify potential customers utilizing PLSS' equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories and competitor sites.
Ability to secure 5 new weekly appointments through cold calling, utilizing internal relationships and social media.
Demonstrated ability to perform consultative sales.
Make effective sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessment, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
Ability to secure new customer maintenance agreements.
Utilize qualifying skills to increase quote-to-close ratio.
Ability to establish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques in order to identify prospect's needs, budget, decision making process, timeline, and next steps.
Ability to promptly address customer objections utilizing sales techniques.
Ability to develop proposals to address customer's needs in order to close sales.
Ability to develop an active backlog to assure booking goals are consistently met.
Ability to perform site survey and facility walk through to identify equipment and site conditions.
Ability to plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure maximum productivity.
Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives and customer needs
