S.P. McCarl & Company, specializing in mechanical contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction, mechanical/electrical contracting, and/or plumbing/process piping. The position is responsible for the successful and profitable completion of all operational aspects of any assigned projects. This includes but is not limited to visiting customer field locations to ascertain equipment and manpower requirements, directing subordinates in the efficient completion of assigned projects, maintaining client relations of assigned accounts, and assuring proper performance of all subcontractors, material suppliers and other outside agents. Creative, cooperative and leadership qualities to work in the design assist/build atmosphere a plus.
