N.V. Heathorn Co. is a Mechanical Contractor seeking to hire a Project Manager (PM) for full-time employment. NVH self-performs HVAC Wet/Dry and Plumbing scopes of work of all types. We are a mid-sized contractor located in the SF Bay Area’s thriving construction economy, and have many long standing relationships throughout the industry that help us in procuring and building new projects. We pay our PM's above industry average salaries (with potential for even higher earnings) and we offer industry standard benefits, including but not limited to medical, 401k, and PTO. We have a tightly knit group of established PM's and are going to add to our depth as we are looking at modest growth in the years ahead. We’re looking to interview potential candidates to be the Project Manager on one or multiple projects ranging up to $8M/year in contract value.
