This career is hand-building ductwork and installing powerful heating and air conditioning systems. You’ll be part of a team that gets to direct massive crane picks and go into areas that are off-limits to others. You will get to brag to your friends and family how you built a stadium, a hospital, or the very school your kids attend. You’ll gain practical knowledge that you can use for the rest of your life.
Top performers will be placed into the exclusive Apprenticeship program with company-paid schooling and benefits, including medical, pension plans, and many more. Training received through the apprenticeship includes fabrication, air conditioners and controls, furnace and heating equipment, drafting/CAD, and welding. Compensation is competitive to start and increases with each year of tenure in the apprenticeship program. Upon completing the program, new journeymen are eligible for increased take-home pay and additional benefits.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely
- You can comfortably lift 50+ pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items
