The Service Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Management Team. The Sales Coordinator will act as the liaison between the field employees and Service Sales Account Manager for our Strategic Accounts.

What You Will Do:

• Assist sales teams with pre-sale and post-sale activities.
• Communicate with customers verbally and written as required by Service Account Manager.
• Maintain customer sales log as required by Service Account Manager
• Review quoted work orders received from the field.
• Create and process purchase orders within assigned area.
• Generate pricing proposals for new customers and field quoted work/recommendations.
• Follow up with SVM customers weekly on submitted proposals.
• Maintain assigned area’s quoted repair log and communicate to team during office meetings.
• Order various HVAC Mechanical service parts for new and existing customers within assigned area.
• Communicate lead time for parts ordered to assigned team.
• Assist area Foreman as needed with customer questions or concerns.
• Process warranties as required for assigned service team.
• Support Service Team with other tasks as business requires.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required with the Service Department.

What it Takes:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience as a Dispatcher or similar role required.
• 2-3 years experience with a Mechanical Contractor required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with team members and customers.
• Maintain professionalism with SVM employees and customers.
• Ability to work within a team environment, maintain organization and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle customer disputes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Physical Requirements:

• The employee may be required to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
• The employee may be required to occasionally move around the office.
• The employee may be required to lift, push or pull up to 10 lbs.
• While performing duties to the job, employees may be required to keyboard for prolonged periods.
