Manage the time, cost and quality by planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process to include items in below Job Description.  Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Represent the company in the office and field by effective:

1. Field coordination
2. Project controls tracking
3. Quality control and assurance
4. Scheduling, budgeting and planning
5. Subcontract management
6. Safety policy enforcement
7. Meeting contractual requirements
8. Change management

1. Learn, implement and assist in continual modification of company policy in regards to project management
2. Prepare internal and external reports to reflect daily, weekly and monthly job status and productivity.
3. Develop working relationships with clients for opportunities for negotiated work
4. Assist estimating in developing proposal and budgets, and create proposals with estimating’s assistance
5. Learn HVAC, systems take-off with the current estimating software.
